1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using any Filwebs service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Filwebs provides domain registration, web hosting, email hosting, ready-made applications, and web development services. Services are provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring that your use of our services complies with applicable laws
• Keeping your contact and billing information accurate and up to date

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Filwebs services to:

• Host illegal content or engage in illegal activity
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in activities that degrade the performance of our infrastructure

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Payment and billing

All fees are due at the time of purchase. Hosting and email plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected). Domains are billed annually. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on hosting and email plans. Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel any plan at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Domain renewals may be disabled to prevent auto-renewal.

7. Uptime and service levels

We target 99.9% uptime for hosting services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. We do not offer SLA credits for downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filwebs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
